Terms, in plain English.
This is the deal between you and RingSteady. It's short on purpose — the same promises we make on the phone, written down.
Who we are. RingSteady is a service of RIRD AI LLC (our parent company). In these terms, “RingSteady,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean RIRD AI LLC, doing business as RingSteady.
The service
Our flagship plan is $150/week: we run Facebook ads targeted to your zip code, every lead gets texted straight to your phone, and — if you want it — your website is built and hosted free, no separate site charge, with your first batch of site edits included. The website is optional. Already have a site you'd rather keep? Tell us and we'll skip building one and just send your leads there instead — nothing about your $150/week price changes either way. If you take the free website, it's built within 4 business days, max; ads go live this week, usually within 2 business days of your first payment. Pick your term at signup — 1 week (billed weekly), 2 weeks ($300 prepaid), 3 weeks ($450 prepaid), or monthly ($600, billed monthly) — and that's what you're committing to; there's no long-term contract, and the first charge starts the work. Past your first free batch of edits, additional changes are $49 each, or you can upgrade to $49/month for unlimited changes and unlimited traffic on your site. Your website stays free indefinitely as long as you run at least one week of leads every 12 months — you don't have to run it continuously; if you go a full 12 months without purchasing at least one leads period, the site converts to the $49/month plan. If you just want a website with no ad leads, that's the same $49/month plan. A Missed-Call Catcher add-on ($49/month), a Custom Domain Setup ($29 one-time — we'll register a new domain or transfer one you already own), and a Google Business Profile optimization or creation ($99 one-time, which also includes a free website build+hosting bundled in — optional, keep your existing site instead if you'd rather) are available too — all optional, only added if you say yes. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you saying yes.
No refunds
All payments are final. The moment you pay, that money goes to work — your ad budget gets spent buying you real leads, and our time goes into building your site, running your campaign, and following up on every lead that comes in. Because the ad spend is committed and the service work is performed right away, we don't issue refunds, for any plan, term, or add-on. If something's genuinely broken on our end, call or text us and we'll make it right — we just won't undo a charge for ad spend already spent or work already done.
No contract
Month to month. Cancel any time with a phone call or a text — it takes effect at the end of your current billing month. No cancellation fees, no "retention department." Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund what's already been paid (see "No refunds" above).
What's yours
- Your Google Business Profile and every review on it — yours forever, before, during, and after RingSteady.
- Your photos, your logo, your customer list — yours.
- The website — we build and host it as part of the service. Cancel and we'll hand you a copy of your site's content; if you want the design files too, just ask.
What we promise
- Your site and listing live inside about a week of getting your info and photos.
- A live AI chat on your site answers visitors around the clock and texts you every lead, so none goes cold.
- We never advertise your competitors on anything we build for you.
What we can't promise
Nobody can guarantee a specific Google ranking or a specific number of calls — anyone who does is lying to you. What we can promise is the work: a site that's right, a listing that's set up properly, and reviews that build. If it's not working for you, you're never locked in.
Paying
Billed per the term you picked at signup — weekly, prepaid up front for a 2 or 3-week term, or monthly — to the card on file. If a payment fails we'll text you before anything happens to your service. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be paused until sorted.
Don't use us for
Anything illegal, deceptive, or that gets contractors a bad name — fake reviews, impersonating another company, that kind of thing. We'll refuse the work and may end the service.
The legal floor
The service is provided by RIRD AI LLC (doing business as RingSteady) as-is; our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the last three months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If we ever update these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you directly.
