This is the deal between you and RingSteady. It's short on purpose — the same promises we make on the phone, written down.
Who we are. RingSteady is a service of RIRD AI LLC (our parent company). In these terms, “RingSteady,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean RIRD AI LLC, doing business as RingSteady.
The service
Our plan has two parts. First, a flat $400/month management fee — two real people manage your ad campaigns — billed monthly. Second, a prepaid ad balance you top up — $350 minimum to go live (a full week's runway at $50/day): we run Facebook ads targeted to your zip code, and every lead gets texted straight to your phone. We take 15% of your ad spend, out of your balance as your ads run — for example, a $115 top-up covers $100 of ads plus our $15. You top up any amount you choose, we run ads until it's spent, and you top up again whenever you want more. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract, and each charge starts the work it pays for. Ads typically go live within 3 business days of your balance settling.
That's the whole plan. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you saying yes.
No refunds
All payments are final. The moment you pay, that money goes to work — your ad budget gets spent buying you real leads, and our time goes into running your campaign and following up on every lead that comes in. Because the ad spend is committed and the service work is performed right away, we don't issue refunds, for any plan or term. If something's genuinely broken on our end, call or text us and we'll make it right — we just won't undo a charge for ad spend already spent or work already done.
No contract
Month to month. Cancel any time with a phone call or a text — it takes effect at the end of your current billing month. No cancellation fees, no "retention department." Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund what's already been paid (see "No refunds" above).
What's yours
- Your Google Business Profile and every review on it — yours forever, before, during, and after RingSteady.
- Your photos, your logo, your customer list — yours.
- Your leads — every lead we send you is yours to keep, during and after RingSteady.
What we promise
- Your ads go live within 3 business days of your balance settling.
- Every lead is texted straight to your phone the moment it comes in, so none goes cold.
- We never advertise your competitors on anything we run for you.
What we can't promise
Nobody can guarantee a specific number of calls or leads — anyone who does is lying to you. What we can promise is the work: ads built right, run every day, and every lead texted to you fast. If it's not working for you, you're never locked in.
Paying
The $400/month management fee is charged to the card on file once a month until you cancel. You top up your ad balance whenever you want, in whatever amount you choose ($350 minimum to go live) — charged to the same card at the moment you top up; our 15% of ad spend comes out of that balance as your ads run. If a payment fails we'll text you before anything happens to your service.
Don't use us for
Anything illegal, deceptive, or that gets contractors a bad name — fake reviews, impersonating another company, that kind of thing. We'll refuse the work and may end the service.
The legal floor
The service is provided by RIRD AI LLC (doing business as RingSteady) as-is; our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the last three months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If we ever update these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you directly.
