For Meta ad agencies

Running an agency right now is a knife fight.

This turns yours into an AI-native agency.

Same team, same clients — but campaigns, billing, portals and follow-up run themselves on your Meta API and your accounts. One login, your own private instance.

Not a demo. Not a roadmap. It's been running our own agency's client money in production — and a forward deployed engineer sets yours up, end to end.

01The stack problem

Six tabs, four invoices, one spreadsheet holding it together.

Every agency we've met duct-tapes the same pile together — and the seams are where clients fall through.

One instance. One login. One bill.
And the parts actually know about each other.
02What you get

One system. The whole agency.

03The agent layer

Your clients, handled. Not your evenings.

The instance ships with an agent that runs the repetitive half of account management — through your own Meta API, against rules you set. It doesn't replace your team. It deletes the part of the job nobody wanted.

skill: onboard-client skill: launch-campaign skill: watch-balance skill: daily-digest skill: lead-followup skill: optimize-adset skill: review-request

Each one is a written procedure the agent follows the same way every time — versioned, auditable, and editable. Your two custom changes a month are how these get taught your way of working.

Runs itself
No one touches it
  • Texting every lead the second it lands
  • Notifying the client with the lead's number
  • Daily digest to client and account manager
  • Watching every balance, warning before it's empty
  • Capping ad budgets to the money actually there
  • Pausing a campaign the moment a client hits $0
  • Follow-up nudges and review requests
Agent drafts, you approve
One click from you
  • Building a new client's campaign from their record
  • Researching the angle and writing the creative
  • Proposing budget shifts off real performance
  • Onboarding a new client end to end
  • Flagging an adset that should be killed
Human only. Always.
Never automated
  • Authorising anything that spends money
  • Activating a campaign that's been built
  • Raising a client's budget
  • Anything irreversible, ever
The line we don't cross.

An agent that can spend your client's money unsupervised is a liability, not a feature. So campaigns are always created paused and a human activates them. The agent does the work; you keep the authority. That's the whole design.

06How you go live

An engineer sets it up. Not a help doc.

Most software at this price emails you a login and a knowledge base. We put a forward deployed engineer on it until your agency is actually running on it.

Week one
Your accounts, not ours.

We stand up your private instance and wire it into your own Meta API access, your Stripe, your Twilio numbers, your domain. Everything runs under your agency's name from day one.

Week two
Your clients, moved in.

Existing clients, campaigns and billing get migrated across. Your staff get logins and a walkthrough on the real system, with your real data in it.

Then, every month
We stay — and keep building.

The same engineer handles Meta App Review with you, fixes what breaks, ships updates, and builds you two custom changes every month. The system keeps bending to how your agency works instead of freezing on day one.

07The math

Your stack bill grows. Ours doesn't.

Drag to your client count and watch what happens to each line.

25 clients
Typical stacked tools$925/mo
Your instance — hosting + maintenance$1,250/mo
At 25 clients you're paying about $37 per client for tools that still can't bill anyone.

Stack estimate based on published 2026 pricing for common agency tools. Compares our hosting + maintenance tier; setup is separate and one-time. Bring your real invoice to the call and we'll do this properly.

09What it costs

One setup fee. One flat monthly.

Setup — one time, from
$8,000

A forward deployed engineer sets the whole thing up remotely — your instance, your branding, your domain, wired into your Stripe, your Twilio and your own Meta API access. Includes App Review guidance, migration, staff training and go-live support. You don't get handed docs and wished luck.

Most agencies land between $8,000 and $12,000 — the difference is how many existing clients and campaigns we're migrating across. You get the exact number on the call, before anything is signed.

Then you choose how it runs.
Same instance either way. The only question is who keeps it alive.

Hosting + maintenance
$1,250–$1,750

Everything above, plus your forward deployed engineer stays on the account.
  • Hosted, monitored, backed up
  • Patched when Meta changes
  • Two custom changes a month
  • A human who answers
  • Feature updates included
Why it's split this way: hosting costs us servers and monitoring. Maintenance costs us engineer hours. You shouldn't pay for the second one if you have your own developer — so we don't make you. No per-client pricing, ever: run 5 clients or 80, the monthly doesn't move, and we never take a percentage of your revenue or your clients' ad spend. Honest math: spread across two years, the setup works out to roughly $333–$500/month on top — we'd rather you see that now than find it later.
We're onboarding two agencies this quarter.

Not a countdown timer — a real constraint. Every instance is stood up by a forward deployed engineer working directly with your team, and one engineer can only do that properly for so many agencies at a time.

11Straight answers

The questions every agency asks.

Is this real software or a mockup?
Real. It runs our own agency in production right now — real Stripe charges, real Meta Marketing API campaigns, real client money moving through it. We'll screen-share the live system on a call before you pay anything.
Whose accounts does it run on?
Yours. Your Stripe, your Twilio numbers, your Meta app, your domain, your branding. We deploy a private instance for your agency — your client data never touches ours, and never touches another agency's.
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. Never a percentage of your revenue or your clients' ad spend. You pay setup plus a flat monthly — that's the whole bill, no matter how many clients you add.
Can we get it changed to fit how we work?
Yes — two custom changes a month are built into the maintenance. Think a new report view, a tweak to how leads route, an extra field on the client portal: a couple of hours of work each, not a couple of days. Anything bigger gets scoped and quoted before we touch it, so there are no surprise invoices. Unused changes don't stack up month to month — but in practice, if you need a third one and it's small, we're not going to nickel you over it.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. We set the instance up on your servers and hand you the keys, and you owe us nothing monthly. You give up monitoring, backups, updates and custom changes — so it only really makes sense if you have your own engineers on staff. Most agencies take hosting plus maintenance instead, because the thing that actually costs them money is an ad system quietly breaking on a Friday.
Who actually sets it up?
A forward deployed engineer from our side, working remotely with your team — not a help doc and a login. They wire the instance into your own Meta API access, Stripe and Twilio, migrate your clients across, train your staff, and then stay on through the maintenance plan.
How long until we're live?
Two to four weeks in most cases. The long pole is usually Meta App Review for your own app — we've been through it, and we walk you through it instead of leaving you to guess.
Could another agency ever see our clients?
No — and not because we promise to be careful. There's no shared database to leak across. Every agency runs on a separate instance, separate server, separate database, their own Stripe and their own Twilio numbers. There is no multi-tenant table where a bad query could cross agencies, because there is no multi-tenant table.
Who owns the Meta app and the ad accounts?
You do. The app is created under your own Meta Business account, App Review is submitted in your name, and the ad accounts stay yours. We never proxy your campaigns through our app — so if you stopped working with us tomorrow, your Meta setup is completely untouched.
What if RingSteady disappears?
Fair thing to ask anyone selling you infrastructure, and we'd rather answer it than pretend a small operation is too big to fail. Three things protect you: the instance runs on your accounts and your domain, so nothing switches off if we do; you can move to the self-hosted tier whenever you want and owe us nothing monthly; and you get a full export plus the documentation to run it. The whole product is built so that leaving is possible — that's deliberate.
What if the migration breaks something?
We migrate onto the new instance while your current setup keeps running. Nothing gets switched off until you say so — if something doesn't look right, you're still live on your old stack while we fix it. Cutover is a decision you make, not a morning you wake up to. That's also why a person does the migration instead of an import script.
What if we want to leave?
You keep your data — it's in your instance, on your accounts, and we hand you a full export. No hostage-taking, no exit fee.
Why only two agencies?
Because every instance is set up by hand and supported by a real person. We'd rather two agencies be genuinely well-run than ten be half-supported. When these two are live and steady, we open more.

Stop paying for six tools that don't talk.
